What to do if M: drive is missing

This document outlines steps to take when a user's M: drive has gone missing.
a. Check if Antivirus software is scanning any of the M-Files drives, installation folders, or services
b. Check if MF Status.exe is running, run if it is not
c. Restart M-Files Client (Version Number) from Services window
d. Get the driverquery.txt and adjust the path if needed
This can occur from a unexpected or faults shutdown of M-Files. Check Windows event logs if needed.
