IDOL License

1     General Overview

When working on installing IDOL enterprise search for on premise setups, the install documentation refers to using the OEM license file. Support is unable to generate nor provide any license files for any add-ons nor the core product. For this, please reach out to your M-Files Account Manager in order to obtain a license file.

If you do not know who your Account Manager is, please open a Support Case by sending an email to support@m-files.com with the request for the contact information of your Account Manager. Please include your Company Name and M-Files License Serial Number which is located on the M-Files Server via these steps.
