This document describes how to remedy having more than one M: drive present in your Windows file manager.

3    Symptoms

You will have more than one M: drive in Windows file manager.

 

4    Cause and Reason

This typically happens when a user has installed more than one version of M-Files on the machine

 

5     Overview

You will need to check how many versions of M-Files you have. You can do this in the Control Panel and navigating to Programs. If you see more than one version number installed you will need to remove/uninstall it.
