Advanced Outlook Add-in for M-Files - Set the number of folders to show in Quick File list
Posted by Ville Karinen (M-Files) on 09 December 2019 01:53 PM

By default, the Quick File list shows 20 folders. This document describes how to change the number of folders shown in the list.

To change the number of folders that are shown in the Quick File list, add the following registry setting to the client computer's registry:

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\M-Files\Advanced Outlook add-in for M-Files
Value name: ROAM.QuickFileMaxResults
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value data: the number of folders you want to list. Default value is 20.

Note: you can also push the setting to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\M-Files\Advanced Outlook add-in for M-Files, but that requires Windows administrator rights for the user who is writing the setting to the registry.
