In case you have troubles in getting TeamViewer remote session opened, please check first the following:

 

AntiVirus error message is given:

Please check TeamViewer article: http://www.teamviewer.com/en/help/32-Why-does-my-antivirus-software-come-up.aspx

 

"TeamViewer is already running" error message is given:

Please verify from Task Manager if TeamViewer is an active process. You may need to verify if, e.g., TeamViewer is running in the background behind another window. Another option is to right-click the TeamViewer icon in the notification area to bring your session up front.

If you are using TeamViewer Host, let us know so we can generate an alternate method of hosting a remote support session.

 

Problems in downloading or running TeamViewer Client exe:

If you are not able to download or run TeamViewer client due to IT restrictions, please consult your IT administrator for approved alternate methods of hosting a remote session.

Notice that running TeamViewer client doesn't require installation and therefore administrative rights on computer should not be needed.
